  operating system and/or a specified application or utility and/or a
  specified type of application or utility
A collection and/or set of sounds and/or graphics and any accompanying
  configuration file/s where applicable, designed for use with a computer
  operating system and/or a specified application or utility and/or a
  specified type of application or utility



You are hereby granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-tranferable license
as set out in this agreement to use this theme (the "Theme") in the manner
and/or with the operating system and/or application and/or utility
specified in the Readme.txt file and/or other description. The license may
be withdrawn and/or revoked at any time at the sole discression of the
creator of the Theme.
The license permits you to:

- use the Theme with the operating system and/or application and/or
  utility specified on a single computer;

- make a reasonable number of copies of the Theme for backup
  purposes;

- make screen captures of or with the Theme for non-commercial purposes
  only;


The license does NOT permit you to:
