The 116x70 TIFF was cleaned up and then rescaled to produce a better quality PNG file. It is slightly larger. The png produced from the original GIF is 1614 bytes wheras the one from the new rescaled source is 1984 bytes, but it looks much cleaner.

This is a 24bit version, just to check the quality loss on going to 32color indexed mode.
