1. 	MITRE Corporation - Per 11/28/94 telecon with Bede McCall - agreement is making its way through     	the MITRE system.  Check received and deposited.
2.	Silicon Graphics - Per 12/6/94 telecon with John McCrea - agreement is in process.
4.	AT&T - agreement in process.
5.	IBM - Per telecon of 12/13/94 - contract issue being discussed.  We faxed agreement 	incorporating changes to Paul Bercow 2/9/95 - waiting for their response.
6.	2/1/95 - Should be getting affiliate agreement from Rutherford Appleton Laboratory in England per 	telecon with Mark Greenham.  Phone #44-235-445-446.
7.	Received Member (50K) agreement from NTT Data Communications in Japan - but agreement 	wasnÕt signed by them.  I sent e-mail requesting they fax us a signature page on 1/30/95.
8.	Received purchase order from Wollongong Group ($5,000).  We have no signed agreement from 
	them yet.
10.	2/14/95 - E-mail from Fujitsu - they will be sending agreement - full members.
11.	2/14/95 - E-mail from Mitsubishi - they are sending agreements via DHL  - full members.
	Sent them wire transfer instructions.
12.	2/13/95 - Faxed agreement (full) to Network Computing Devices, Inc - incorporating change in payment schedule.
13.	2/15/95 - We sent pre-signed modified agreement to Microsoft Corp - full members.
14.	2/15/95 - E-mail from Architecture Projects Management, Ltd (England) will be sending affiliate 	agreement.
