Call for Papers FLAIRS-2008 Special Track on Artificial Intelligence Education The 21st International FLAIRS Conference (FLAIRS-2008) Coconut Grove, Florida Grand Bay Miami Hotel May 15-17, 2008

Important Dates

• Submission deadline: November 19, 2007 November 21, 2007 (extended)
• Acceptance notification: January 21, 2008
• Final versions due: February 21, 2008

Papers are being solicited for a special track on AI Education at the 21st International FLAIRS Conference (FLAIRS-2008).  The special track will be devoted to methods of teaching AI. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Model Assignments/Experiences/Syllabi for AI Instruction
• Implementation of the Computing Curricula 2001 Intelligent Systems Area
• AI Classroom Techniques or Innovations for Undergraduate and/or Graduate Instruction
• Intelligent Applications for Instruction of AI and Assessment of Such Applications
• Incorporating AI research into AI courses

Submission Guidelines

Interested authors must submit completed manuscripts for double-blind review by November 19, 2007. Submission guidelines can be obtained by referring to the conference website (http://www.flairs-21.info/).  Papers will be refereed and those accepted for presentation will appear in the conference proceedings which will be published by AAAI Press.
